Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flavor Pavilion website and your visit to our restaurant and offline casino lounge. Please read them carefully before making a reservation, booking a private event, or entering the Casino Lounge.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or visiting Flavor Pavilion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, diners, event guests, and casino lounge patrons. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website or enter the premises.

Flavor Pavilion may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or venue after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions.

Flavor Pavilion
Refers to the restaurant and offline casino lounge located at Level 1, 45 Customs Street East, Britomart, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
Casino Lounge
Refers to the physical, offline gaming area within Flavor Pavilion where poker, roulette, blackjack, and other table games are played using chips only.
Chips
Physical tokens used exclusively for gameplay within the Casino Lounge. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not redeemable outside the venue.
Private Events
Refers to any pre-booked function, gathering, or reservation of a private space within Flavor Pavilion.

Reservations and Dining

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made via phone or email. A credit card may be required to secure bookings for large parties or special events. Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time before being released.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for parties of up to 6 guests, and 48 hours for larger parties or private events. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. The fee amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

Dining Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Flavor Pavilion reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in disruptive behavior.

  • Dress code: smart casual. No beachwear or offensive clothing.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Private Events

Booking and Confirmation

Private events must be booked in advance through the restaurant. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the date.

  • Event details, including guest count, menu selections, and any special requirements, must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.
  • Flavor Pavilion will provide a written confirmation of the booking.

Payment and Cancellation

Final payment is due on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may forfeit the deposit. Any additional costs incurred during the event will be billed separately. Flavor Pavilion reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund of any payments made.

Offline Casino Lounge

Entry and Age Restriction

The Casino Lounge is restricted to guests aged 20 years or older, in compliance with New Zealand law. Valid identification may be required. Entry is at the discretion of Flavor Pavilion management. Guests may be asked to leave if they do not comply with lounge rules.

Gameplay and Conduct

All games in the Casino Lounge are conducted offline and in person. Players must follow the instructions of the dealer and lounge staff. Games offered include poker, roulette, blackjack, and other table games. Cheating, collusion, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and possible banning.

Chips and No Monetary Value

Chips used in the Casino Lounge are physical tokens provided for gameplay only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be redeemed outside the venue. No online gambling, betting, deposits, withdrawals, or cash winnings are offered. All entertainment is strictly offline and physical.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Flavor Pavilion or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. The Flavor Pavilion name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flavor Pavilion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or visit to the venue. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of enjoyment, personal injury (except as required by law), or damage to personal property.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
